Sinric opens the door to his room, letting the wrap slip from his shoulder as he moves to fold it up. There's a little catch in his breathing and a happy sigh as he sets it down on his bed. "I go away for years and yet, I come back and nothing has changed. Even the scent."

Sinric stays like that, curled up happily till he feels Ragnar slowly wilt within him. He shifts carefully to make them both more comfortable, not moving out of the the circle of Ragnar's arms.

At some point, Ragnar will fall asleep with Sinric in his arms.

In the morning, he will start worrying about Athelstan again, but at the moment, he revels in the gift of Sinric's presence.
