Sinric leads Ragnar up to their rooms, laughing softly as the Viking drags his feet.

"Get out of your dirty clothes and I'll run you a bath." He draws Ragnar in, standing in his tiptoes to kiss the corner of Ragnar's lips.

He shouts wildly, and once more spills copiously into Sinric, filling him with hot seed.

Sinric gives a warm laughing shout as he feels that heat fill him, feel Ragnar convulse. He keeps moving, keeps riding out every last inch of pleasure for both of them.

He grins and drags Ragnar into a rough, breathless kiss.

Ragnar is panting heavily as he kisses back open-mouthedly, hair all mussed up again.

Sinric laughs sweetly and runs his hand through Ragnar's mane. "So handsome."

"So -- terribly -- greedy," Ragnar manages to pant.

"I know. I really am." Sinric purrs, pressing kisses over Ragnar's neck. "But me being greedy for your pleasure isn't a bad thing, is it?"

"I am," Ragnar says, still breathing very deeply with the aftershocks, "greedy for this. You too. We match."

"We do match. Just as we support each other and Athelstan." He keeps kissing Ragnar's throat. "And I'm very glad for it. I would never have learnt to take pleasure in this without the two of you."

Ragnar nods. "We all support each other," he says, his breath steadying. "He needs us -- loving, touching, talking. Even when he doesn't want sex."

"And between us we don't lack for affection and care." He nods, nuzzling Ragnar and curling against his chest.

Ragnar holds him close. "No, we don't; and we can give him whatever he needs at the moment."

"And he's with us, even in this." He purrs, cuddling against Ragnar's chest, groaning softly as Ragnar starts to slip from him.

Ragnar just pulls him close, sighing -- mostly with contentment, but there is a bit of sadness for Athelstan in there.

"Shh." Sinric presses a finger to Ragnar's lips, following it with a kiss. "Let there only be love."

"There is," Ragnar says, "but love sometimes makes you unhappy when those you love must suffer."

"He's healing." Sinric whispers softly, "It's hard to see it, being close as we are, but he's healing."

"Yes," Ragnar says. "He might even not always notice it himself."

"One day he'll look at himself and realise he's healed, far better than he was at least. But until then, he'll see only the broken parts of himself. So all we can do is keep showing him how much we love him."

"Which I will keep doing."

"We both do." Sinric steals a sweet kiss, getting off Ragnar's lap to go clean himself up.

Ragnar stretches and leans back, tangling his fingers in his own messed-up hair.

He will need to do something about this.

Sinric comes back with a flannel and a comb. "Leave that." He smiles, "I'll do it now."

"Thank you," Ragnar says, sheepishly. "You had done it once already, and then I messed it up."
