Sinric knocks on Athelstan's door, a picnic basket on his arm and Ragnar at his side. Still warm from the sun, he leans a little against Ragnar. "I hope we won't disturb his reading."

He sings for them then, and for himself; a soft, warm tune perfect for laying in lover's arms. His eyes half closed, he sings because it feels right, and because he enjoys it.

Ragnar's touches are becoming slower and more lazy as the lassitude of pleasure finally gets the better of him, but he keeps Athelstan wrapped closely in his arms, and his mouth on his skin.

"Sinric", Athelstan says drowsily, holding out an arm to him.

Sinric goes gratefully into those arms, feeling sleep tug at his own senses. "May I lay with you a while?" He asks softly.

Ragnar reaches out to touch Sinric as well, adding his comfortable embrace to Athelstan's.

"As long as you want," he says.

"We'd never leave you in the cold, when you're here in the room", Athelstan adds, drawing the three of them into a comfortable pile.

He tucks himself between them, smiling warmly as they make room for him. He trades kisses with both of them, whispering his thanks.

It had been hard to have someone behind him since the attack, a ghost of panic. But this time he feels okay, safe with Athelstan's hard but small body against his back and his head tucked against Ragnar's broad chest.

Ragnar is broad and strong and a bit hairy and rather scarred, but oddly comfortable for that. He's had all sorts of people sleeping on him, and knows to make them feel safe.

He does so now, quite unconsciously.

He's been a pillow for small children often enough.

Athelstan leans into the two of them.

Sinric wraps himself in their warmth and, at peace for the first time since the attack, falls asleep.
